Reference is made to the announcements dated 1 August 2024 in relation to the Proposals, circular to shareholders in relation to the Proposals dated 20 September 2024 (“Circular”) and the outcome of extraordinary general meeting dated 10 October 2024 in relation to the Proposals. Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
On behalf of the Board, PIVB wishes to announce that PTSB had on 23 October 2024, entered into the SHA with Mega First Power, Rubber Thread Industries and Mohammed Zhakri to amongst others, regulate the rights, obligations and liabilities of PTSB, Mega First Power, Rubber Thread Industries and Mohammed Zhakri as shareholders of Apex Power.
