We refer to the earlier announcement dated 2 September 2024 in relation to the Power Purchase Agreement entered into between Sun Investments Pvt. Ltd. ("Sun Investments") and Solaroo RE (Maldives) Pvt. Ltd. ("Solaroo"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Pekat ("Initial Announcement").

The Board of Directors of Pekat wishes to further announce that the date of possession of the site as stated under item 3.3 of the Initial Announcement shall be mutually agreed between Sun Investments and Solaroo, which is expected in the first quarter of 2025.
