The Board of Directors of Pekat is pleased to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Solaroo RE (Maldives) Pvt. Ltd. ("Solaroo") had on 2 September 2024 entered into a Power Purchase Agreement with Sun Investments Pvt. Ltd. to supply electricity generated from the solar photovoltaic power system to be developed by Solaroo.
