Reference is made to the announcements dated 7 May 2024 and 28 June 2024 in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcement of the Company shall apply herein.
The Board wishes to announce that the Vendor had requested for a change in structure of the transaction. Premised on the foregoing, the Parties agree to extend the period of the MOU to negotiate exclusively with each other from 12 July 2024 until 1 August 2024.
Save for the above, all other terms and conditions of the MOU shall remain unchanged.
