Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 26 July 2023, 26 October 2023, 26 January 2024 and 26 April 2024 in relation to the Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) signed between Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (“Pecca Aviation”) and Aero Cabin Solutions SAS (“ACS”) (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that currently, the purchase order by ACS on the produced leather seat cover that meets European Union Aviation Safety Agency (“EASA”) regulation has been completed. This milestone highlights opportunities to leverage for future projects.
