Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 23 May 2023 and 23 August 2023 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (“Pecca Aviation”) and Global Component Asia Sdn Bhd (“GCA”) (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that currently, Pecca Aviation is in the midst of concluding the commercial terms of the representation agreement(s) for arrangement with GCA. Further announcement on the status of the agreement(s) will be made in due course.
