Reference is made to Bursa Malaysia Berhad's letter dated 14 April 2025 in relation to the listing of and quotation for up to 20.0 million units in Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust ("Paradigm REIT") as payment of management fees to Paradigm REIT Management Sdn Bhd (''Manager'') on a staggered basis ("Approved Manager's Units"), announcement dated 18 November 2025 and Paradigm REIT's prospectus dated 16 May 2025 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, words and phrases used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Prospectus.
The Manager's management fees for the period from 10 June 2025 to 30 September 2025 was RM3,866,558, out of which 25% i.e. RM966,639.50 is paid via new units in Paradigm REIT. Based on the issue price of RM0.9644 per Unit, being the 5-day volume weighted average price of Paradigm REIT up to and including 17 November 2025, the Manager has received 1,002,322 new Units as management fees and is holding 1,002,322 Units or 0.06% immediately after such issue. |
