The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that OSK RF Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as PH Keystone Capital Sdn. Bhd.) ("OSKRF"), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has obtained approval from the Kementerian Perumahan dan Kerajaan Tempatan ("KPKT") for a Moneylending Licence dated 12 June 2026 ("Licence"), issued under the Moneylenders Act 1951 and Moneylenders (Control and Licensing) Regulations 2003 ("the Act"), for OSKRF to undertake moneylending activities and to provide loan pursuant to the Act.

The Licence shall be valid for a period of two (2) years effective from 11 June 2026 and it is renewable upon the renewal application is made with KPKT.
