The Board of Directors of OSK Holdings Berhad (“OSK” or “the Company”) (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Perspektif Vista Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 200701028994 (787017-T)] (“PVSB” or “Purchaser”), an indirect 99.96% subsidiary of the Company, had on 30 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Tropicana Metropark Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 199601039878 (412231-X)] (“TMSB” or “Vendor”) (“SPA”) to acquire one (1) parcel of freehold land known as PT21 3D, measuring approximately 3.312 acres (144,270.72 square feet) in area (“Land”) held under master title Geran 321052, Lot 72019, Pekan Country Height, Daerah Petaling, Negeri Selangor (“Master Land”) at a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Forty Four Million Three Hundred Forty One Thousand Three Hundred Sixty Three and Sen Eighty (RM44,341,363.80) only (“Purchase Consideration”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA (“Acquisition of Land”).
