OSK HOLDINGS BERHAD ("OSK" OR "THE COMPANY") - ACQUISITION OF LANDS BY ASPECT DYNAMIC SDN. BHD., AN INDIRECT 99.93% SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY, LOCATED IN BANDAR COUNTRY HOMES AND BANDAR KUNDANG, MUKIM RAWANG, DAERAH GOMBAK, NEGERI SELANGOR

The Board of Directors of OSK Holdings Berhad (“OSK” or “the Company”) (“the Board”) wishes to announce that Aspect Dynamic Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 202101035149 (1435449­H)] (“ADSB” or “Purchaser”), an indirect 99.93% subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 September 2025 entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Temasya Mentari Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No. 201101013596 (941736-A)] (“TMSB” or “Vendor”) (“SPA”) to acquire three (3) parcels of land held under respective individual document of title as follows (“Lands”) at a total purchase consideration of Ringgit Malaysia Fifty-Eight Million (RM58,000,000.00) only (“Purchase Consideration”), upon the terms and conditions as stipulated in the SPA (“Acquisition of Lands”):
