OSK - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus Issue of up to 1,047,650,716 new ordinary shares in OSK Holdings Berhad ("OSK") ("OSK Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 2 existing OSK Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 June 2025 ("Entitlement Date") ("Bonus Issue of Shares")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1) The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “EX-BONUS ISSUE” as from: 20 Jun 2025
2) The last date of lodgment : 23 Jun 2025
3) Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-        
          a) Selling Broker to deduct  <1/3>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
          b) Buying Broker to deduct <33.33%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
          c) Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/3>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1: 

Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 23 Jun 2025 with bonus issue of OSK shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive OSK bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his OSK shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (20 Jun 2025).

For example, if Mr X purchases 200 OSK shares on cum basis on 19 Jun 2025, Mr X should receive 200 shares on 23 Jun 2025. As a result of the bonus issue, an additional of 100 OSK shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 23 Jun 2025 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 300 OSK shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 20 Jun 2025 onwards.

Remarks 2: 

The date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be on 24 June 2025, being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.

The notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders of OSK within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
