Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcement dated 23 January 2024 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement shall apply herein.

Reference is made to the announcement dated 3 September 2025 in relation to the Private Placement.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of HEXCAP, M & A Securities wishes to clarify that the Company intends to place out the remaining 93,989,200 Placement Shares with the issue price of RM0.1950 per Placement Share.
