(Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the earlier announcement dated 27 August 2025).

Further to the announcement on 27 August 2025 in relation to the variation between actual value and estimated value by 10% or more for the recurrent related party transactions, the Company wishes to provide the following additional information :-

1. Faster than anticipated activation of a project which HCB Group has received higher demand from the Related Party for the supply of cables and accessories by HCB Group to the Related Party due to the growth of Related Party’s order book.

2. As at the date of this announcement, there are no further orders from the Related Party, as all the demand has been fully fulfilled. The Company will make the requisite announcement should there be any additional supply of goods and services to the Related Party in the future.
