PRIVATE PLACEMENT OF UP TO 30% OF THE ISSUED SHARES IN HEXCAP ("PRIVATE PLACEMENT")

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the announcements dated 23 January 2024 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement shall apply herein.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of HEXCAP, M & A Securities wishes to announce that the Company has fixed the issue price of the Placement Shares at RM0.2950 each.

The aforementioned issue price of RM0.2950 per Placement Share represents a discount of approximately RM0.0258 or 8.04% from the 5-day weighted average market price of HEXCAP from 14 February 2025 to 20 February 2025 of RM0.3208 per Share.
