Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e), Paragraph 8.23(1)(ii) and Practice Note 11 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce the financial assistance provided by MIB's wholly-owned subsidiary, Mulpha Ventures Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of moneylending business for the quarter ended 31 March 2026. The details are set out in the attachment below.
