Pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(19) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce that Mulpha SPV Limited (Company No. LL07205) (“Mulpha SPV”) has on 22 December 2025, held an extraordinary general meeting, at which it was resolved that Mulpha SPV be wound up voluntarily and that Ms Chieng You Lang of CCMT (Labuan) LLP be appointed as the liquidator for the member voluntary winding-up.

Mulpha SPV is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB.  Mulpha SPV was incorporated in Labuan, Malaysia on 14 August 2009. The principal activity of Mulpha SPV was investment holding. Mulpha SPV ceased its operations in 2022 and has been dormant since.

Mulpha SPV is not a major subsidiary of MIB as Mulpha SPV’s level of contribution is below 70% of the profit before tax and total assets employed of MIB Group. The member voluntary winding-up of Mulpha SPV is not expected to have any financial or operational impact on MIB Group, and there are no expected losses arising therefrom.

None of the directors or major shareholders of MIB and/or persons connected with them have any interests, direct or indirect, in the member voluntary winding-up of Mulpha SPV.
