The Board of Directors of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “Company”) (“Board”) wishes to announce that Lembaran Prospek Sdn Bhd (“LPSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRCB Land Sdn Bhd (“MRCBL”), which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MRCB, had on 16 May 2025, received a letter of acceptance (‘surat setuju terima’) dated 16 May 2025 together with the appendices attached thereon (“LOA”) from Menteri Besar Selangor (Pemerbadanan) (“MBI Selangor”) for the construction and completion of Kompleks Sukan Shah Alam (“KSSA”), located on a parcel of land known as Plot 1, which is held under H.S.(D) 326707, PT 2635, Seksyen 13, Bandar Shah Alam, Daerah Petaling, Selangor (“Project Land”).
