We refer to the earlier announcements and the announcement dated 20 June 2024 in relation to the Joint Venture. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements.
The Board wishes to announce that pursuant to a letter from TWSB dated 19 December 2024 and a letter from RJSB dated 20 December 2024 (collectively “First Put Option Fourth Deferment Letters”), MRCB, RJSB and TWSB have mutually agreed for a further deferment of the commencement of the First Put Option Period which shall commence on 21 December 2024 and end on 20 June 2025.
The First Put Option Fourth Deferment Letters will be made available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Level 33A, Menara NU 2, No. 203, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia during normal business hours (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this Announcement.
