Further to the announcement dated 26 January 2024, Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (“MRCB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that MRCB has today issued a Notice of Termination to Berjaya Rail Sdn Bhd to terminate the Teaming Agreement signed on 15 December 2023 for the submission of a non-binding conceptual proposal to MyHSR Corporation Sdn Bhd in relation to the Kuala Lumpur – Singapore High Speed Rail Project.
Pursuant to Clause 12.1.2 of the Teaming Agreement, the termination shall take effect upon the expiry of a 30-day period from the Notice of Termination.
