In view of the expiration of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad’s (“MRCB” or “the Company”) LTIP on 27 November 2022 and pursuant to Clause 21.1 of the Company’s LTIP By-Laws, the Board of MRCB has approved the extension of the LTIP for another five (5) years from 28 November 2022 to 27 November 2027. The extension of LTIP is not subject to any regulatory or shareholders’ approval. The terms and conditions of the LTIP as stipulated in the By-Laws remain unchanged.
