The article published in The Edge Malaysia on Monday, 13 September 2021 entitled "MRCB to acquire George Kent's stake in LRT3 JV?" refers.
Further to our announcements on 13, 14, 15, 16 August 2019 and 24 May 2021 in relation to the Arbitration between MRCB and George Kent (Malaysia) Berhad ("George Kent"), we wish to clarify that the process to complete the deadlock resolution between the shareholders of MRCB George Kent Sdn Bhd as per the Shareholders’ Agreement dated 8 June 2015 is still ongoing.
MRCB will make further announcements to Bursa Securities as and when there are material developments in relation to the subject.
