Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mega Fortris Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that during the case management on 11 March 2026, the Court has fixed 23 April 2026 for the hearing of the Company’s Striking Out Application.

The next case management is fixed on 21 April 2026 for further directions to be provided for the Company’s Security for Costs Application.
