Reference is made to the Previous Announcements. The Board of Directors (“Board”) of Mega Fortris Berhad (the “Company”) wishes to announce that during the case management on 27 February 2026, the Court directed for parties to file their respective written submissions and submissions-in-reply on 13 March 2026 and 20 March 2026 respectively in relation to the Company’s Security for Costs and Striking Out Applications. The next case management for the Company’s Security for Costs and Striking Out Applications is fixed on 11 March 2026 for further directions.
