(Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used herein shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 8 August 2025, 11 August 2025 and 6 October 2025)

Reference is made to the Company’s announcements made on 8 August 2025, 11 August 2025 and 6 October 2025.

The Board of the Company wishes to provide the following additional information in relation to the Action served by the Plaintiff:-

1. The rate of the interests

In respect of the Plaintiff’s claim against the Company, the Plaintiff has claimed for interest at the rate of 5% per annum on the claimed sum against the Company (as detailed in item 2 below) from the date of the Statement of Claim (1 October 2025) to the date of full and final settlement.

2. The estimated potential liability to the group arising from the claim filed by the Plaintiff against the Company

In the event the Plaintiff succeeds in its claim against the Company, the Company’s principal potential liability would be the sum of RM4,958,240.00 for payment of alleged outstanding sum owed to the Plaintiff.
