MEGA FORTRIS BERHAD ("Mega Fortris" or "Company")

- PROPOSED SHAREHOLDERS' RATIFICATION FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE; AND

- PROPOSED NEW SHAREHOLDERS' MANDATE FOR RECURRENT RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS OF A REVENUE OR TRADING NATURE.

The Board of Directors of Mega Fortris wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek its shareholders' approval for the following proposals at the forthcoming 2025 Annual General Meeting of the Company:


1. Proposed shareholders’ ratification for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature; and

 

2. Proposed new shareholders’ mandate for recurrent related party transactions of a revenue or trading nature.

A circular to shareholders containing information on the abovementioned Proposals will be despatched to the shareholders together with the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2025 of the Company in due course.
