The Board of Directors of MBGB (“Board”) wishes to announce that Meta Bright Energy Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202401052173 (1598016-A)) (“MBE”) and Meta Bright ChargeSini Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202501028396 (1629808-K)) (“MBC”) had on 14 October 2025 entered into an EV Charging Points Conditional Sale and Purchase Agreement (“Agreement”) with ChargeHere EV Solution Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202201022985 (1468682-W)) (“ChargeHere”) for MBC to acquire seventeen (17) EV charging points and associated infrastructure (“Charging Assets”) from ChargeHere, for a total consideration of RM2,006,528 (“Purchase Price”) (“Proposed Transaction”).
