Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 9 June 2025, 10 June 2025, 17 June 2025 and 20 June 2025 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement (“Earlier Announcements”). Unless stated otherwise, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Earlier Announcements.
On behalf of the Board, Malacca Securities wishes to clarify that the issue price of the Placement Shares will be priced at a discount of not more than 10% to the 5-day VWAP of MBGB Shares immediately before the price fixing date for the Placement Shares.
