Reference is made to the Shares Issuance of up to 389,469,246 new ordinary shares in MBGB which was completed on 9 February 2023.

Reference is also made to the Company’s circular to shareholders dated 17 January 2023 in relation to the Shares Issuance (“Circular”) which sets out the utilisation of the RM43.8 million proceeds raised from the Shares Issuance of up to 389,469,246 new ordinary shares in MBGB (“Shares Issuance Proceeds”) and the Company's announcement dated 28 November 2023.

Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular and the said announcement.

The Board of DIrectors of MBGB ("Board") wishes to announce that as at the date of this announcement, the Company has yet to fully utilise the Shares Issuance Proceeds. The Board has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the remaining unutilised Shares Issuance Proceeds.
