The Board of Directors of MBGB wishes to announce that its 55%-owned subsidiary, Meta Bright Solutions Sdn. Bhd. had on 21 May 2025 entered into a memorandum of understanding ("MOU") with ChargeHere EV Solution Sdn. Bhd. to establish a mutual understanding in creating a framework for exploring potential collaboration in respect of EV charging business opportunities in Malaysia.
