The Board of Directors of MBGB wishes to announce that the Company had on 18 February 2025 entered into a joint venture agreement and shareholders agreement (collectively, “JV Agreements”) with United Success Holding Pte. Ltd. [Unique Entity No.: 201614254E] (“United Success”) and Yang Lei (Passport No. EJ11927333) (“Yang Lei”) for the purpose of facilitating the joint venture between the parties for the development, installation, and operation of energy-related projects.
