We refer to the Company's announcement dated 24 January 2025 pertaining to the above matter. The terms herein shall bear the same meaning as defined in the said announcement.
The Board wishes to provide additional information that the 2 companies, namely Sinvika (M) Sdn Bhd and Profound Champ Sdn Bhd, entered into 2 sale and purchase agreements ("SPAs") and 3 SPAs respectively with FBO for the Properties, which have since been dissolved in 2011.
