The Board of Directors of MBGB wishes to announce that, MBGB had on 26 November 2024 entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Tunas Manja Sdn. Bhd. (“TMG”) for the installation of Rooftop Solar Photovoltaic at the buildings owned, leased, and operated by TMG under the Scheme Category of Net Energy Metering Programme 3.0, and to explore the implementation of Energy Efficiency initiatives at TMG Properties.
