The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, FBO Land (Serendah) Sdn. Bhd. [Registration No.: 199501003882 (333076-W)] (“FLSSB”) and Doople Tech Sdn Bhd [Registration No.: 201901046795 (1356125-W)] (“Doople”), had through a letter dated 22 April 2024 (“Novation Letter”) agreed for the novation of the rights and obligations of Doople under the Solar Supply Agreement dated 30 November 2023 (“Solar Supply Agreement”) to FLSBB.
