Unless otherwise stated, the terms used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the Company's announcements dated 30 May 2023, 28 August 2023 and 18 October 2023.
The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that there has been no material development on the status of the MoU since the last announcement made on 18 October 2023.
Further annoucement on the status of the MoU will be made in due course in accordance with the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
