Reference is made to the proceeds raised from the Shares Issuance as disclosed in the Company’s Circular to Shareholders dated 17 January 2023 (“Circular”). Unless stated otherwise, abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular.
On 9 February 2023, the Shares Issuance had been completed whereby the Company has successfully raised total gross proceeds of RM43.8 million from the Shares Issuance (“Shares Issuance Proceeds”).
The Board of Directors of the Company ("the Board") wishes to announce that as at the date of this announcement, the Company has yet to fully utilise the Shares Issuance Proceeds. The Board had deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of the remaining unutilised Shares Issuance Proceeds which have been earmarked for refurbishment of The Grand Renai Hotel and business development for Energy Related Business.
