Further to the announcement made on 28 March 2022, we wish to inform that MESB Project Management Sdn Bhd (“MESB PM”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MCB, had on 2 December 2025 held its final meeting to conclude its member’s voluntary winding-up (“Final Meeting”).

The Liquidator will lodge with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, the Return by Liquidator relating to Final Meeting (“Return”) within 7 days from the Final Meeting in accordance with Section 459(3) of the Companies Act 2016 (“Act”). MESB PM will be dissolved upon the expiration of three (3) months from the date of lodgment of the Return by Liquidator pursuant to Section 459(5) of the Act.

The dissolution of MESB PM will not have any material impact on the earnings and net assets of MCB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2025.
