We refer to our announcements dated 23 May 2024 and 23 August 2024 (“Announcements”) in relation to the Proposed Acquisition. Unless otherwise stated, words and expressions used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements.
The Board of Directors of MCB wishes to announce that MCB has agreed with Zelleco for a further extension of the Conditional Period (as defined in the SSA) for the fulfilment of the Conditions Precedent (“Further Extension”). With this Further Extension, the Conditional Period is extended for a period of three (3) months to 21 February 2025.
