We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 19 June 2025, in respect of the aforesaid matter.


In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release: -

 

1.

The approximate age of the Factory Building;

2.

The number of storey and built-up area of the Factory Building.

3.

The expiry date of the lease on the Property.

4.

 

Whether any valuation was carried out on the Property; if so, the name of the independent registered valuer, date and method of valuation and quantification of the market value.

5.

The net book value of the Property based on IFSB’s latest audited financial statements.

6.

Basis of arriving at the purchase consideration.

7.

Justification for the purchase consideration.

8.

The prospects of the Property.

9.

The risks in relation to the Proposed Acquisition.
