The Board of Directors of KJTS is pleased to announce that KJTN Engineering Company Limited, a subsidiary of the Company in Thailand, had on 2 September 2026 entered into 4 separate agreements (collectively referred to as the "Agreements") with 4 wholly-owned subsidiaries of Central Plaza Hotel Public Company Limited, for the retrofit works, the provision of operation and maintenance services and the supply of chilled water, to 4 hotels in Thailand for a period of 20 years.

The Agreements are as follows:

1. a Retrofit, Operate, Maintenance and Transfer Agreement with Central Samui Hotel Management Company Limited (Registration No. 0105551044695) in respect of Centara Reserve Samui;
2. a Design, Build and Operate ("DBO") Agreement with Central Sukhontha Hotel Company Limited (Registration No. 0105532105099) in respect of Centara Hotel Hat Yai;
3. a DBO Agreement with Central Samui Beach Resort Company Limited (Registration No. 0105525028351) in respect of Centara Grand Beach Resort Phuket; and
4. a DBO Agreement with Karon Phuket Hotel Company Limited (Registration No. 0105549042796) in respect of Centara Karon Resort Phuket.
