The Board of Directors of KJTS is pleased to announce that its 70.67%-owned subsidiary, iHandal Green Assets Holdings Sdn. Bhd. ("IHGASB"), had on 5 June 2026 entered into a savings sharing agreement ("SSA") with Flexitech Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Top Glove Corporation Bhd ("Top Glove"), for the design, management, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning and maintenance of the Heatfuse Heat Recovery Solutions at its manufacturing plants located in Banting.

The Heatfuse Heat Recovery Solutions is an energy-efficient solution that captures and recovers waste heat that would otherwise be discharged into the environment and utilises it to generate hot water for process heating requirements. This enables the reduction of energy consumption, operating costs and carbon emissions associated with conventional hot water generation systems.

For information purposes, in past 12 months, IHGASB has entered into similar savings sharing agreements with other subsidiaries of Top Glove, TG Medical Sdn. Bhd. and GMP Medicare Sdn. Bhd. (collectively referred to as the "Existing SSAs").
