We refer to the Company’s announcement dated 5 March 2025 in relation to the service agreement dated 5 March 2025 entered into between the Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, KJ Technical Services Sdn Bhd (“KJTS SB”), and Pacific Trustees Berhad, acting solely in its capacity as the trustee for and on behalf of KIP Real Estate Investment Trust (“Service Agreement”) for the retrofit works, provision of operation and maintenance services, and supply of chilled water of KIPMall.

The Board of Directors of KJTS wishes to announce that KJTS SB had on 31 October 2025 entered into a supplemental agreement with Pacific Trustees Berhad to amend and vary certain terms under the Service Agreement.
