Reference is made to the prospectus of KJTS dated 5 January 2024 ("Prospectus"). Unless otherwise stated, all defined terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Prospectus.
Pursuant to Rule 9.19(51) of the Listing Requirements, the Board of Directors of KJTS wishes to announce that the Company has on 12 November 2024 offered a total of 13,760,000 ESOS Options to the eligible executives of the Group, further details of which are set out in Section 4.2.4 of the Prospectus.
