We refer to the announcements dated 27 April 2026, 28 April 2026, 3 June 2026, 6 July 2026, 23 July 2026 and 11 August 2026 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

 

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 200,000,000 Placement Units issued pursuant to the Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 27 August 2026. Accordingly, this marks the completion of the Placement.
