The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Acquisitions and Tenancies.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 29 August 2024, 25 February 2025, 27 February 2025, 28 May 2025, 28 July 2025, 12 September 2025, 30 September 2025 and 17 October 2025 in relation to the Acquisitions and Tenancies.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Trustee and CLSB had on 26 February 2026, mutually agreed to extend the conditional period of the SPA 3 (Acquisition of the Klang industrial property) until 28 May 2026 to fulfil the remaining conditions precedent of the SPA 3.
