We refer to the announcements dated 9 April 2025, 29 May 2025, 12 June 2025, 1 July 2025, 28 July 2025, 7 August 2025, 22 August 2025, 9 September 2025, 23 September 2025 and 30 September 2025 in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that 37,000,000 Placement Units issued pursuant to the second tranche of the Placement were listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 15 October 2025. Accordingly, this marks the completion of the Corporate Exercises.
