The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Acquisitions and Tenancies.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 29 August 2024, 25 February 2025, 27 February 2025, 28 May 2025, 28 July 2025 and 12 September 2025 in relation to the Acquisitions and Tenancies.

On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Purchase Consideration 2 in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SPA 2 had been satisfied on 30 September 2025, thereby marking the completion of the Proposed Acquisition 2 (Acquisition of the Bintulu industrial property) on 30 September 2025.
