The Board of Directors of KHPT is pleased to announce that Automev Global Sdn Bhd ("AGSB"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of KHPT, has accepted a Letter of Acceptance ("LOA") on 6 May 2026 from Perusahaan Otomobil Nasional Sdn Bhd ("PROTON") in relation to the supply of automotive components for a new PROTON model.

Subsequently, the Company had on 16 June 2026 obtained consent from PROTON to release this announcement to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad pertaining to the LOA awarded to AGSB.
