The Board of Directors of KRB wishes to announce that it has deliberated and resolved to extend the timeframe for the utilisation of proceeds raised from the initial public offering exercise in conjunction with the listing of and the quotation of its entire share capital on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 29 May 2024. The Company has raised gross proceeds of RM33.00 million from its Initial Public Offering.
