(2)  SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT IN RELATION TO THE PROPOSED SHARES SUBSCRIPTION IN I PRECISION BETWEEN KESB, ATREON, ABG ABDUL AZIZ ABG MOHAMMED ("ABG AZIZ") AND GAS PANTAI TIMUR SDN. BHD. ("GPT") ("SA") ("PROPOSED SHARES ACQUISITION")

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 24 September 2024, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The basis of the market value of the underlying assets of I Precision, and to quantify the amount thereof.
2) The details of the underlying assets of I Precision.
3) The breakdown of the sources of funding between internally generated funds and bank borrowings.
4) The prospects of I Precision.
5) The aggregate percentage ratio for the Proposed Subscription of OS and Proposed Share Acquisition.

6) The financial effect of the Proposals on the gearing of the Group.
