KAWAN RENERGY BERHAD ("KRB" OR "THE COMPANY") - QUARTERLY DISCLOSURE FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31 JULY 2024 PURSUANT TO RULE 8.25(1)(b)(ii) AND GUIDANCE NOTE 4 OF THE ACE MARKET LISTING REQUIREMENTS OF BURSA MALAYSIA SECURITIES BERHAD

Pursuant to Rule 8.25(1)(b)(ii) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Guidance Note 4, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the aggregate amount of financial assistance provided as at 31 July 2024, to facilitate its ordinary course of business as set out below:-
